This site and the project itself are under construction.
Since 1982 the house called “Langseehof” is rented out to professional artists. After years of discussion and struggle the City of Kiel, who owns the building, mandated the cultural office and a group of artists to develop a new concept for maintenance and capacity.
Our aim is to put up a sustainable self-management for flats and studios with various activities and a small international residency program.

Seit 1982 ist der „Langseehof“ an professionelle Künstler vermietet. Eigentümerin des Gebäudes ist die Stadt Kiel. Nach schwierigen Jahren und langem Ringen, erhielt nun das städtische Kulturamt und eine Gruppe Künstler den Auftrag ein neues Konzept für Unterhalt und Betrieb des Hauses zu entwickeln.
Für Wohnungen und Ateliers streben wir eine nachhaltige Form der Selbstverwaltung an und arbeiten unter anderem an einem kleinen internationalen Gäste- und Austausch-Programm.
